Hey Guys
A random issue has been bought up with me today that i cannot explain so wandered if anyone else had come across it.
We use sharepoint to store drawings for our projects and users have to checked out, checking the documents.
On multiple occasions when users check in the documents it saves two versions with the time timestamp and comments - it also triggers two approval workflows. Example below
