I have a file in sharepoint online, during saving I could see it creates a new version each time even if the file is not been used by other users. Due to this multiple versions of the same file is getting created. Kindly assist!
Steps:
1) Sync the file to OneDrive location (Always keep on this device option is enabled)
2) Open a file in app
3) Save to SPO location
Not it will ask to create version. But only i am using it and there is no need for a version. Kindly assist!

@sridhar1987 Out of the box it's not possible to disable versioning for documents in a document library, you would need to use PowerShell for this as shown in the article here.
