Multiple Permission levels on List View

This question might have been answered before but I could not find the content.

I have a leave request list and I was wondering if I could have multiple views based on permissions levels. One view would be based on those items created by an individual so then each person could see only personal results, and another view would be with all the results (This would be available only for the admin/HR group).

Unfortunately, my scenario is totally different right now. Everyone can see all the results and edit items from someone else.  I would appreciate if someone could guide through this. Thanks!

I was running a couple tests and apparently, I don't need to have permissions on the list. I set the options below and now individuals can see their own request items. Does anyone know if I am right? Thanks!
