Moving a file from OneDrive to Teams (SharePoint library) not moving most recent version

I have a user who wants to move an Excel file from her OneDrive to the Teams File area (ie a SharePoint Document Library) making use of the new feature that lets you keep any sharing permissions as it is shared as read-only with certain colleagues.  When she moves it the version in the SharePoint library is a version of the file from Oct with a version number 300ish, where as the version on her OneDrive is updated daily and is at version 900ish.

 

Colleagues can see her newer version in her OneDrive so I don't think it's a syncing issue where she's working on a locally saved version.

 

Any ideas or thoughts about how I could investigate what is going on?
