Modern SharePoint Header Slider

Hi Guys,

New to SharePoint Dev. I am just wondering how to create a header slider as per these examples? Looks like they both use the same sort of slider. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You would have to create your own SPFx Webpart. Are you familiar to Yeoman? Have you created SPFx webparts before? I can try to guide you through it. Please comment on your experience on SPFx development and I will do my best to guide you forward.
