Modern search: do site vertical customizations apply to all modern sites

Hi,

Our current SharePoint environment is a classic/modern site mix in classic site collections.

If site search verticals are customized, would this change apply to all modern sites in our tenant?

Is there a way to have custom verticals for a single site?

which search technology do you use? See here for more information: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/community/microsoft-365-search-technologies

You can build search verticals on tenant level, in M365 admin center, or only on site level. The site level verticals don't promote to tenant level.
