Migration of files from network share to SharePoint

Our client is moving to SharePoint but wants to ensure all functionality remains as is currently. That is all links in files specific to excel remain same. All formulae and links. 

What is the best tool or approach we can use to ensure this?

I did notice a test a did that excel file links were broken when migration was done on subset.
