Migrating linked Excel files to SPO

Good Day Everyone, 

I'm trying to migrate a document library containing hundreds of excel files from SharePoint 2013 to SPO using SPMT (Share Point Migration Tool).

The problem is that most of these Excel files contain cells that are linked to other Excel files on SP2013 and SPMT does not take that into consideration. So the links aren't updated during migration.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? (without using a third party software or tool)

@BacharHajjar I'm afraid you have to update manually or through PowerShell script the cells after the migration to SPO.

SPMT or whatever 3rd party tool used for SharePoint migration is not analyzing the content (cells in Excel in your case), they only keep/detect permissions, metadata and properties linked to the specific file
