Match the field name from list to another

Hi i am not knowledgeable in share point just want to ask how i can match the data from another list to my existing list
example: i want to create a new column but the fields are based on email if match

My idea is to make a calculated column but i don't know what to put

Is this a One Time activity you want to perform on List1 and wash-off your hands?

Or this sync should keep happening live on the Production Site when users are updating List2?
