Manual refresh required to display Forms

In SharePoint Online, when I open another List from Quick Launch (the 1st list form works fine), the  List Form is blank (the list items appear correctly). A manual refresh is required to display the Form data. It works fine whe the List is opened in another tab or windows, but only when open another List in the same browser window, this problem occurs. 

 

It has only happened recently. I'm using standard SP lists (no Power Apps). I use Edge, but have tried using other browsers (IE, Chrome) and clearing the browsing history. For other users in the Company, they don't have the same issue. 

 

Please advise.
