Manage Permissions on a Teams SharePoint site

Copper Contributor

Hi,

I have a teams sharepoint site that I am admin of. It has multiple pages and I have added around 700 members via Distribution Lists. However, each of them requires special permissions to access to every page separately.

How can I avoid this and give default access to everyone?

I also added the same DL in the "Visitors" group but even that dint solve the problem and then everyone had to request access to the pages to see them.

Please help me sort this issue.

Thanks

Charvie

@Charvie Check if Pages library (Site Pages) or individual site pages are using unique permissions or item-level permissions.

If permissions inheritance is broken for library or site pages, delete unique permissions and inherit the permissions from SharePoint site.

Permissions should be propagated like: Site permissions > Library permissions > Page permissions
