Apologies if this isn't the correct place to ask - or if it's been discussed before (I can't find the answer if it has).
We have the Manage Guest Expiration Policy on our tenancy and the Site Owners gets the weekly notification reminding them of which guests will loose access in the next XX days. This is all well and good but as they aren't the users who actually shared the items with the external users they aren't the people who know if the access period should be extended or not - further to this they don't know who shared them to ask those users what should happen.
Is there a way that users who acctualy share the file(s) can get the notification and ability to make a decision on whether to extend the share link or not as they are the ones equiped to make the infomed decision?
