Making Column readonly in Sharepoint online

I have Library, in which I want to make one column readonly when user click on "quick edit",

I want to make that column not editable, how can I do this in sharepoint online?

using JSON , can I get JSON for This?

You cannot do this from a security point of view, the column will always be editable but you can modify the Edit form using Power Apps to make this field not editable.
