Making a SharePoint site public

Hi all. I have a site in Share Point online. I want to make the site publicly accessible (so that you do not need a username and password to access it). How can I do this? In the Gear > Site information section, there is no Privacy settings (which would normally allow you to change from public to private). Many thanks.

@rapid_f1 Microsoft discontinued Public Websites in SharePoint Online.

Microsoft made changes to the SharePoint Online Public Websites feature by removing the ability to create a public website after the changeover date of March 9, 2015.
