Recently my SharePoint Online lookup fields have been defaulting to the first value in the list no matter what I select. Example. I upload a document, then go to set some lookup fields on that document. When I pull up the list of values, no matter which value I select SharePoint will select the first and auto-save. I can then change that value to something else, but these extra clicks are driving my client crazy. Anyone else see this?

Well MS had this fixed for a few days, but the problem is back. I see it in all of my tenants. Anyone have any more info on this or has seen this behavior in their tenant(s)?
