Lookup column threshold

Hi,

This error is appearing when I open the custom form on the SharePoint list but I do not have more than 12 lookup columns. Does anyone know why this error might be occurring? Any help would be really appreciated.

Hello @lucystevens

Looukp, People Picker and Managed Metadata are counting also as complex columns...
