Looking to Build a Custom Report in Sharepoint

what would you like to do? What are your requirements?

Out of the box it's not possible, that every user can create they own dashboard.

@caesonp123  Some parts of our business use Power BI for dashboards. I prefer Power Apps as the front end with SharePoint lists as the backend so you might want to consider that. The image below is the dashboard from an office health & safety compliance portal I've built in Power Apps across 20 of our offices. It uses Forms (for the monthly inspection), SharePoint lists and a couple of Power Automate flows.
