Looking for Better way to Manage Hub Site Navigation

I am looking for a better way to manage Hub Site Navigation, links, and audiences. Our deployment is 100% SharePoint Online. 

 

We want our main Intranet Hub Site to include an audience based navigation of all Communication Sites and Team Sites. For Team sites we want users to see links only to Teams they belong to. Currently, I have to manually maintain the navigation, adding and removing links as sites are added and removed.

 

Is there a script or 3rd party tool that would help automate some of this? So when a Team or 365 Group is created a link is added, and the 365 Group is added as the audience. The same in the reverse when Teams or Groups are deleted.
