I am looking for an app that would allow admin to easily track the access, changes, etc. on the Companies SharePoint. Currently, we are keeping track of all employees and their access in the Excell (I know it's just bad, but it was set up before I got to the company)...
How do you guys keep track of all that and also is there any app or program that would make it easier?
Also, I am looking for an app/program that would allow the employee to make a request to access the folder to a Team leader - If the request is granted it is automatically sent to the IT dept.
Employee A > asks for access to company data on the SharePoint
the request is sent to Team leader > if granted it is sent to the IT dept.
if not sends out an email to the employee that the request was not granted.
