Long file path issue

Regarding long file path issue, I have few questions:

1. Will there be any issue in transferring such documents from file server to sharepoint?

2. Will there be any issue in opening/accessing such documents post transfer to sharepoint?

3. Opening of file issue is only limited to Excel or for other files as well?

4. How we can resolve this file path issue

Basically if the path exceed the supported path in SPO, files will not be uploaded to the sites. To resolve the path issue, you have to shorten it
