List View Permissions

Hi, 

I do have 2-3 separate groups of teams using LISTS. But I do want the Admin/Helpdesk group to have complete view of the List, whereas teh other groups should be able to view only their own Items.

Been struggling with this.

Unfortunately you cannot apply specific permissions to a list view
