List not showing correct attachment / document

Hi 

On viewing an attachment to a SharePoint list form, users are finding that the attachment opened by the system is not in fact the correct one belonging to that list item.

The user has to do a hard refresh or clear cache to view the correct item.

Appreciate any help to resolve this.

@nmstart Is this a SharePoint default list form or Power Apps customized list form in SharePoint?

@nmstart Can you show us the formula used for showing attachments in power apps customized list form?

I am guessing this is something wrong with your formula used for showing attachments on form. Maybe it is showing the attachments from first item in list?
