is there away users can automatically get their network shares when they log into share-point.

automatically? other than creating links and giving those links permisions?

No, and in fact Chrome/Edge will prevent using file:// links as it crosses the security boundaries. You should look into other technologies to do this, such as GPOs or InTune policies.
