I'm trying to figure out how to link a person's name & email address, stored in a SharePoint People Web Part, to a Word document. On my SharePoint page, I have the web part that shows who the leaders of certain departments are. I want to be able to update that web part when/if those leaders change and have the new name/email change in my documents so users have the most up-to-date information about who to contact and such.
Alternatively, if it's not possible to link from the People Web Part to the document, can I create a SP List and update the information there and have the list update the People Web Part?
