We are getting below error message while scanning data from file share in SharePoint Migration Tool.
Please suggest how to resolved it.
1. File is locked
2. Unauthorized access to source file
3. Unauthorized access to source folder

I don't know the specifics of the migration tool but those messages would normally mean the following:-
1. File is locked - someone has open or has recently had open the file. - Suggest you make the content read only before migrating to get around that.
2. Unauthorized access to source file - The user you are running the migration as does not have access to the file.
3. Unauthorized access to source folder - The user you are running the migration as does not have access to the folder.
