We have come across an issue when the user tries to upload a document in an document library it keeps on waiting with an message as 'It shouldn't take too long' (attached screenshot). The library has unique permissions but the user is a part of the owners, members and visitors group on the site. The owners have full control, members and visitors have contribute access level permissions.
Can you please assist why the issue occurs ?
