Issue: SharePoint Online File Viewer webpart scrolling / jumping when page loads.

When loading a hubsite's homepage, that has the File Viewer webpart on the page, the page is scrolling to the File Viewer. Is anyone else having this issue? I can see it doesn't happen in Edge but does in Firefox and Chrome. Does anyone have any suggestions for this issue?

We have the same issue but only in edit mode. (Chrome, Edge and Firefox)
