Is there a way to exclude disabled Active Directory accounts from appearing in the people picker? Randomly some people appear in the system. I really don't know why.
Hi @happy2023 - Are they still in any SharePoint permission groups? Go to Site Permissions > Check Permissions and type their name. If they're still in any SP groups, remove them and that should do it.
