Hello,

I´m creating a page in Sharepoint Online for my department and I would like the people to see if one PowerBi file (published in the Sharepoint) is used of another users in that moment ( = is it open?)

For example, if I enter the page, I would like to see if anyobody of my department mates are using this file (for example, with red or green light)

I know that it could be difficult.

But is it possible to do? And how?

@ania_roh How you added/published power bi file in SharePoint? On site page or inside document library?

However, I don't think it is possible to achieve your requirements using SharePoint out of the box functionalities.
