Is it possible to add Events that show for specific users?

Hi,

I have a modern SharePoint site, using the Communications Template.  There are multiple users who login to this site every day.  I have some up and coming events to add to the page, but not all events will relate to every user.  For example, if user ‘John Smith’ logs in to SharePoint, I would like him to see that he has an Event at location 1 at a particular date.  And if ‘John Doe’ logs in, he will see his event details at location 2 for example, which will be different to John Smiths.

 

What I am saying is that I cant add one event for all, because it does not apply to all users.  I really need to customise the events so that they are unique to specific users.

 

Not sure if this is possible but as SharePoint is an Intranet it should be possible for users to see there own events etc. ?

The out of the box Events WebPart does not provide this Today, so to meet your requirements you would need a custom Events WebParts developed with SPFx
