@pratikdarak21 Create a new Tag in Google Tag Manager and choose event, then under the Triggering section, click the + button to create a new trigger choose Click as the trigger type.

Trigger Configuration > Just Links

I would actually recommend you to use Microsoft Clarity for this, it has support to integrate Google analytics into it data. It also gives you heatmaps and other fun stuff!
