I am using Infopath to modify the Sharepoint form. I have a SharePoint list containing data (ID, Name, Test Question 1, 2, 3...). I am trying to setup the form that when the user chooses the drop list tied/linked to the ID, the corresponding fields for name and Test Question 1,2,3 auto populate in the form.
- So SharePoint list has ID "1", the name is "Brown", and the Test Question 1 field asks "what shade of brown".
- In the SharePoint form, the user would choose the ID drop list picking "1", the name field will automatically populate "Brown" and the Test Question 1 field will automatically populate "what shade of brown".
