Import CSV file data to SharePoint Contact List

We would like to Import CSV file data to our SharePoint Contact List. 

We don't like to use the Import Spreadsheet, we need to import only the existing SharePoint Contact list.

How can we do this?

Flow is also an option. You can read a csv saved to OneDrive or Sharepoint location which you can loop through the rows and create list items for each using the data from the csv.
