Import a huge list to sharepoint online from sharepoint 2013

Hi,

I have a couple of huge lists (including attachments) in Sharepoint 2013 that needs to migrate to Sharepoint Online. I tried to use the Sharepoint migration tool that failed. So exported data as .cmp files. But don't know how to import those files in SharePoint online. Would someone advise me?

For big lists you might need to use a third party migration tool

anyone can suggest a third-party tool? Is sharegate a good one for that large list?
