I have a Sharepoint List.  I would like to add a column that essentially says;
IF 'Column A' = 'x' then populate Column C with Column D * .95

 

Is this possible?

This can be possible by customizing list form using Power Apps
I used ‘IF’ ‘THEN’. It worked seamlessly.

I would VERY much like to learn about Power Apps tho. I have tried a few but have to say the intricacies are a bit too much for me yet. I have to do more studying.
