Identifying Sensitive information in SharePoint and File share before migration

Hi,

Is there any pre-migration assessment tool that identifies and reports documents and contents with sensitive and personally identifiable information on SharePoint and File share. 

Also, are there any tool that are capable of scanning the files within Zip files and identify their sensitivity level?
