can anybody help? Because I don't want to have a "Add Link to Onedrive" in the Teams APP.

You should be able to remove the buttons from all SharePoint sites and teams by using powershell

Connect-SPOService -Url https://<tenant>-admin.sharepoint.com

Set-SPOTenant -DisableAddShortcutsToOneDrive $True
