I am using Microsoft 365 SharePoint with an account provided by a business.
I have created a list and one of the columns is a Person or Group, but I cannot successfully add myself in this column.
I seem to be able to successfully add other users within the company and also users from another company that we have shared the sub-site with.
If I enter myself in this column, it just display as this:
For other users this would display their name and profile picture, if they have uploaded one. Hovering over these would show more details for the user and clicking on it opens a dialogue box.
But for my user, I get none of these.
I have tried this in a couple of lists, always with the same results. I have also asked other users to add me in one of these columns, but the same happens for them.
I have looked everywhere I can think of and done many searches to try and find a solution, but without success.
Any advice would be appreciated.
