I am trying to install SharePoint 2016 on windows server datacenter 2016 after doing the following installation (see above)
The following prerequisite were installed offline
Windows Server SQL Native client 2012
Windows Server AppFabric
WCF Data Service 5.0 (please where can we get version 5.6)
it still comes back with the following error

Can you advice on how we can get it to recognize the following?
Windows Server SQL Native client 2012 (offline install)
Windows Server AppFabric (offline install)
WCF Data Service 5.0 (please where can we get version 5.6)

@AOSANYA sounds like you are having similar issues to the ones I had installing SP 2013 on Windows Server 2012R2. https://steveknutson.blog/2018/12/24/install-sharepoint-2013-on-windows-2012-r2/

For AppFabric, I needed to use the command line to run the installer:

C:\SP\prerequisiteinstaller.exe /AppFabric:C:\SP\prerequisiteinstallerfiles\WindowsServerAppFabricSetup_x64.exe"

If you get error 1603 you should also check the Local Groups in Computer Management and remove the "AS_Observers" and "AS_Administrators" groups if they exist.
