html text in a multiline SharePoint list column

Hi

 

We've got some SharePoint lists with a column which is a multiline.

 

Ideally we'd like to put some of the text as super or subscript. However whenever we put the tags in the Rich text option the tags refuse to save, if we do enhanced Rich text then the tags just get displayed as if it was text.

 

Is there a way to do this?

@Lee-Martin SharePoint rich text editor does not have options to format text as subscript or superscript.

 

But you can copy text with subscript or superscript from word document or from internet and paste it into rich text column, it works:
