@Augsburg1984 I would suggest you to visit the SharePoint Look book and check if there is any similar site template available which you can easily add to your SharePoint tenant. I know this one: Human Resources Hub

If not available, you can take inspiration from SharePoint look book sites and build intranet manually on your own with the help of Microsoft documentations:
