We are currently working on a new sharepoint online classic team site project, and currently users have reported the following issues:-
1. When they click on their "My Profile" link
2. or they click on the username inside any list view.
They are being redirected to their Delve pages, and they can view others' Delve pages as well. so we got the below 2 requests:-
1. Request-1, Can we prevent any kind of redirection to Delve?. as currently users find it a bit confusing to be redirected from SharePoint to Delve.
2. Request-2, If option 1 is not possible or is not recommended, then can we do a general customization to the users' Delve pages, so only certain/limited info will be shown (basic info about the user and his/her picture)?. users do not want to expose these 2 pieces of information which are currently been shown inside Delve:-
- Discover documents from people around you
- Click a person to see what they’re working on
Second point. Now i read this article which mentioned that from sharepoint online settings we can disable Office graph https://www.bettercloud.com/monitor/the-academy/disable-delve-and-remove-from-the-office-365-app-lau... but i have these concerns:-
1. will disabling MS graph, fix our issues? which are when users click on their "My profile" links or on their username they are being redirected to Delve?
2. can i disable MS graph, and test the results of disabling it,, then to re-enable it when/if needed? or disabling and then re-enabling MS graph will cause issues that can not be reversed ?
Can anyone advice on the above 2 requests (Request-1 & Request-2) + my advice on my Second point about the link which i read?
Regards

1. No, you cannot disable that redirection. You can try to "hide" the App Launcer option, but My Profile is going to be there
2. No, you cannot customize Delve
If you disable the Graph, you will disable Delve functionality (Not the profile part) but also other functionality...as an example take a look at this thread: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Search/Disabling-Delve/td-p/23249
For your testing, I would recommend not to use production tenant and use a trial tenant you create for verifying the experience of enabling / disabling the Office Graph
ok thanks for your reply.
so let me make sure i got your point correctly. now even if i disable MS Graph from sharepoint online admin center >> Setting, as follow:-
then users can still access Delve by clicking on their "My Profile" link as follow:-
and they can still access others' Delve pages ?is this correct? and if this is the case then how will Delve be affected by disabling the MS Graph ??
Thanks
