How to stop document library including all documents from different sub sites?

Hi,
I have 3 sub sites under "HR" (couldn't add photos here for some reason...).

Under "Tutoring & Mentoring" I have one document with webpart "document viewer".
Under "Onboarding" I have a document library that should ONLY consist of onboarding documents. For some reason it takes ALL documents from the HR sub sites to the document library.

How can I add documents to sites without them being a part of a document library? Or is there any other web part that I could use when I want to list documents?

I had the same problem, when I wanted to add two separate document libraries to the same page but with different content. That wasn't possible - both libraries copied all the documents and they looked the same.

Anybody?

I tested this, but didn't experience same results in my environment.

Just to clarify, on which site you want to display content of those document libraries?

Document Library web part can only display libraries from the site it's located.

Thanx for your reply. 

The document library is under one sub site. That should only include the documents dragged into the web part. The other documents are under a different sub site. Both web parts are under HR main site.
