How to setup multi language team site classic view on SharePoint Online

Hi,

I have to setup a SharePoint Intranet where I have to use Classic view of team site and I have to setup multiple languages for some users. 

Please advise how to setup multi language SharePoint site on classic view so that user can select language of their choice or is it possible to setup language based on different region? 

so that user can use the site in their own language.

it's a long time ago, that i used this in classic, but i think, this links will help you. But im not sure, it works on M365 classic...

In classic you have the following options:
