Hi Everyone,
I have Quick Links Web Part below.
I want to make Target Audiences. I have entered a group as in the example below, but not working.
Quick Link above all still appears. what solution should I do?

Solution
(From the screenshot) I think currently you are setting target audiences to Site navigation links and not quick links web part.
You have to edit the page and change quick links web part settings to allow audience targeting. Then you can set target audience for individual links in quick links web part.

I have followed the above article, but it is not working for me. But when I edit Web Part, icon targeted "this link is audience targeted"
does it take time to synchronize?
If what I captured is correct, what effect will occur?

First of all publish/republish the page after adding target audiences to each link inside SharePoint quick links web part.
And yes, it may take some time to sync the target audiences. Check below note from the article:
Note: If you’ve selected an audience group that you recently created or changed, it may take some time to see targeting applied for that group.
