How to Migrate from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online?

Was a little shocked to see that the migration tool tells me that SharePoint 2016 is not a supported version? Any updates on that?

It's not clear when SP 2016 support will be added to the SharePoint Migration Tool. For now only SharePoint 2013 is supported and they have added support (currently under preview) to SP 2010...it should be a question of time, but we don't know for sure since the team didn't share any plans at the SharePoint Conference North America
