How to import data into a sharepoint online custom form from power app?

from my understanding, if I can import data into a sharepoint row, then when the custom form app opens up, that data imported will be visible in the value fields connected to their respected sharepoint online columns for that particular row, right?

 

can someone point me in the right direction to achieve t his. i need to upload some data to autopopulate into the column fields for a sharepoint list i have built a custom form for

@childishgambino you can upload data into a SharePoint list from, for example, Excel, by copying the rows (ctrl+c), then in the grid view of the list click in the first column of the first item and paste (ctrl+v). It might take a few goes but it does work and is the quickest way of getting data into a list. But limit it to about 50 rows at a time otherwise it can fall over.
