Hi,
We have noticed that our users from China are getting an "can't reach this page" error message when they are trying to access our SharePoint Platform and after 2 or 3 seconds the page is displayed correctly.
It is seems that It is caused due to our network latency (the authentication request seems to take too much time to get to the SharePoint server)
So, is it possible to increase the authentication timeout timespan on SharePoint site(s) to prevent receiving the error message.
