Is there any way to use a PowerApp form in the listview webpart instead of the NewForm.aspx page? The form is not customizable using SharePoint Designer because it is a modern page in SharePoint online.

Unfortunately I believe that List forms customized with PowerApps are not available in the modern List WebPart that is built with SPFx
