How to create share folder at SharePoint to share with my colleague ?

Hi All 

I have try to create a share point folder , then i realize the folder was private group.

it cause myself unable to copy one file to folder. ( when i try to copy file to folder , error msg , access denise. i don't have permission.

i like to know how to create a folder which is not private.

You have created a private team site with the name PBI Folder. Do you wish to make that site public? If so, log in to MS Teams, and go to settings for your team (PBI folder). Change the permission from private to public.
